SOOHO.IO Partners with Moca Network and Kleva AI to Advance Korean Won Stablecoin Payments

Hello from SOOHO.IO.
October 28, 2025 — SOOHO.IO, the blockchain technology company leading Project Namsan to develop a Korean won stablecoin ecosystem, today announced a strategic partnership with Moca Network and Kleva AI.
The partnership will integrate Moca Network’s AIR Kit digital identity infrastructure and Kleva AI’s digital asset payment layer into Project Namsan, strengthening compliance, privacy, and loyalty capabilities for stablecoin payments.
As part of the initiative, Project Namsan will introduce AIR Kit-based identity verification for stablecoin users and distributors.
AIR Kit will support composable loyalty systems using privacy-preserving user data, enabling businesses to create secure, interoperable rewards and experiences within the Korean won stablecoin ecosystem.
SOOHO.IO will also work with Moca Network to integrate Kleva AI’s points-to-crypto conversion technology into Project Namsan.
This will allow users to convert loyalty points directly into digital assets such as MOCA Coin, bitcoin (BTC), and ether (ETH), within a structure designed to meet Korean regulatory requirements.
“For stablecoins to achieve mainstream adoption, users and regulators must be able to trust the underlying infrastructure,” said Jisu Park, CEO of SOOHO.IO. “By combining SOOHO.IO’s payment expertise with Moca Network’s digital identity framework and Kleva AI’s conversion technology, Project Namsan is laying the foundation for a compliant, interoperable Korean won stablecoin ecosystem.”
“Bringing AIR Kit to Project Namsan opens new possibilities for interoperable loyalty rewards while protecting privacy throughout the payment process,” said Kenneth Shek, Project Lead at Moca Network. “This collaboration will provide a model for how digital identity can support stablecoin adoption in real-world payments.”
“Through this collaboration, Kleva AI will bring its points-to-crypto settlement layer to a broader ecosystem, giving consumers an intuitive way to connect loyalty rewards with digital assets,” said Jaehyun Park, CEO of N21, the company behind Kleva AI. “We are proud to join SOOHO.IO and Project Namsan in building the next generation of payment and rewards experiences.”
The three-way partnership is expected to strengthen Project Namsan’s position in Korea’s digital currency ecosystem.
It will provide a foundation for stablecoin payment infrastructure that connects identity, loyalty, and digital assets.
The initiative will launch in Korea with major domestic partners before expanding into global markets.

Core Philosophy – “Kleverly Leverage Your Invisible Assets”
‘Kleverly’ describes an intelligent, strategic approach to making the most of assets.
‘Invisible Assets’ refers to valuable intangible assets such as points, online and offline data, time, social influence, and networks.
As more assets move on-chain, Kleva AI aims to accelerate the transformation of these intangible assets into sources of tangible value and returns, rather than allowing them to expire or remain unused.
