SOOHO.IO Signs Strategic Agreement with Global Settlement Network Partior
Author: Team SOOHO.IO

Today we're sharing a milestone of Sooho PartnerHub, our payments and settlement platform.
Sooho.io has signed a strategic memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Partior, the global settlement network, to build cross-border payment and settlement infrastructure together. The goal is straightforward: connect Korean financial institutions to a global settlement network that is already processing live commercial traffic.
The network backed by J.P. Morgan, DBS, Standard Chartered, and Deutsche Bank
Partior settles cross-border transactions in real time across USD, SGD, and EUR. Its shareholders include DBS Bank, J.P. Morgan, and Standard Chartered, and the network clears commercial transactions for global systemically important banks (G-SIBs) 24/7, 365 days a year.
In other words: this isn't a pilot environment. It's production infrastructure moving real money for real banks.
Connecting PartnerHub to Partior's tokenized deposit network
Under the MOU, Sooho PartnerHub will integrate with Partior's tokenized deposit network, enabling multi-currency cross-border settlement. Practically speaking, it creates a direct path from Korea's emerging deposit-token infrastructure to a global settlement rail.
Sooho PartnerHub is a SaaS platform that lets enterprises and institutions move money, make payments, and invest using tokenized deposits and other digital assets — without building the underlying infrastructure themselves. Ahead of its general availability next month, PartnerHub supports 25 currencies across 125 countries and includes tokenized equities and gold.
Underneath PartnerHub sits Ezys, an open network that compares FX rates and transaction terms across global financial institutions to route each payment along the optimal path. Final settlement then happens on global rails like Partior.
Toward faster, more transparent cross-border settlement
Traditional cross-border payments hop through a chain of correspondent banks. The result is familiar to anyone in treasury or payment operations: delayed settlement and fee structures nobody can fully explain. By using Partior's tokenized deposit network, we're removing hops and making real-time, low-cost, multi-currency settlement possible.
Korea is already moving in this direction. In May, the Bank of Korea joined prototype testing for Project Agorá, the cross-border payments initiative led by the BIS and the Institute of International Finance (IIF). In July, it ran live transaction tests using tokenized reserves and deposit tokens together with five major commercial banks — KB Kookmin, Shinhan, Hana, Woori, and NH NongHyup.
Against that backdrop, this agreement matters because it lays the groundwork for linking PartnerHub to Partior, an interbank settlement network for tokenized deposits that is already operating commercially.
The road we've walked in digital currency infrastructure
Sooho.io participated in Project Hangang, the Bank of Korea's live CBDC transaction pilot, where we built digital-currency-based financial infrastructure hands-on. With this agreement, we want to give Korean financial institutions an institutional-grade route to extend their existing payment infrastructure into global markets.
"Partior is rewriting the rules of global finance, and finding alignment with them on both the technology and business sides made this agreement especially meaningful," said Jisoo Park, CEO of Sooho.io. "Together with Korean commercial banks, we intend to complete a global financial pipeline that clears and settles tokenized deposits as quickly and safely as possible, inside a strictly compliant environment."
"Korea sits at the frontier of digital finance innovation," said Humphrey Valenbreder, CEO of Partior. "By connecting Sooho PartnerHub to a network that already settles commercial transactions, we can show Korean banks that they can plug into infrastructure running today — not infrastructure planned for someday."
What comes next
For us, the Partior agreement is more than a partnership. It's a concrete step toward connecting Korea's deposit-token infrastructure to a world-class settlement network. We'll keep building toward a faster, safer global financial pipeline through Sooho PartnerHub.
